Returns and Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

We want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy is in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

You may return your item within 30 days of delivery if:

  • You have changed your mind

  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging

You may also return items if they are:

  • Defective

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect


Return Process

To initiate a return, please email info@wuffly.co.uk with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the reason for return

  • Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

  • Your full name and delivery address

We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

 

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items:

    We will cover the return shipping costs.

  • Change-of-mind returns:

    You are responsible for return shipping costs.

 

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be initiated within 7 days of receiving the returned item. Please note, it may take longer for your bank to process the refund

  • You will be notified by email once your refund has been issued

 

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item)

 

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.

If your order has already been shipped, you may return it in line with this policy.

 

Non-Delivery

If your order has not arrived, please contact info@wuffly.co.uk.

If the parcel cannot be located, we will offer a replacement or full refund.

  • Items must be returned unused and in appropriate packaging

  • Returns must be approved before being sent

  • Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted
